Peach Jam

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups peaches
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 pouches liquid pectin

Preparation

Step 1

Peel, pit and mash peaches. Stir on medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Add lemon juice. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add in pectin and stir for a minute. Ladel into sterilized jars.
