Deer Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. deer burger
  • Garlic powder - to taste
  • Season salt - to taste
  • Salt & Pepper - to taste
  • 1/2 cup jiffy biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup Hunts Garlic/Herb Tomatoes Sauce
  • 1 very small onion chopped, fine
  • 1 pkg. 8 oz. shredded mild cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together - then make into small meatballs. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 for about 20 minutes. Makes about 15-20.
