Lemon Pepper Chicken & Pasta

Ingredients

  • Sauce
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/3 C. olive oil
  • 1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 T. Sugar
  • 1 T. Lemon Peel
  • 2 T. Dijon Mustard
  • 3 T. Lemon Juice
  • 3 T. White Wine Vinegar
  • Chicken
  • 3 large boneless chicken breasts, sliced and cooked with garlic, white wine, lemon pepper seasoning, salt and lemon juice to taste
  • 16 oz. cooked bow tie or penne pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all sauce ingredients.

Cook chicken with seasonings and combine with cooked and drained pasta. Pour sauce over all, mix well and serve immediately.
