Ingredients
- Sauce
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/3 C. olive oil
- 1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
- 1 T. Sugar
- 1 T. Lemon Peel
- 2 T. Dijon Mustard
- 3 T. Lemon Juice
- 3 T. White Wine Vinegar
- Chicken
- 3 large boneless chicken breasts, sliced and cooked with garlic, white wine, lemon pepper seasoning, salt and lemon juice to taste
- 16 oz. cooked bow tie or penne pasta
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all sauce ingredients.
Cook chicken with seasonings and combine with cooked and drained pasta. Pour sauce over all, mix well and serve immediately.
