Five Minute Pickles

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill; chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 2 pounds Kirby cucumbers, quartered lengthwise

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first six ingredients and add cucumber. Refrigerate overnight.

Keep up to a week.
