Ingredients
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup fresh dill; chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon peppercorns
- 2 pounds Kirby cucumbers, quartered lengthwise
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first six ingredients and add cucumber. Refrigerate overnight.
Keep up to a week.
