  • Cubed Steak
  • Seasoned Meat Tenderizer
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Flour
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut steak into small pieces and cover both sides with meat tenderizer. Let sit for about 10 minutes. Mix egg and milk together. Pepper the flour. Dip steak into milk and egg mixture, then flour, then milk and egg, then flour. Fry until golden brown.
