Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce (pieced)
- 1/2 Cup Celery (pieced)
- 1/2 Cup Onion (pieced)
- 1/2 Cup Bell Pepper (pieced)
- 1 Package Frozen Garden Peas (uncooked)
- 4 oz Sharp or Swiss Cheddar (shredded)
- 1 lb Bacon (pieced)
- Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Pint Sour Cream
- 1/2 Pint Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp White Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
In a large salad bowl, layer lettuce, celery, onion, bell pepper, and peas. Spread sour cream mixture over all. Add cheese and bacon. Cover and refridgerate overnight. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
