Ingredients
- 1/2 cup semolina flour
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 large eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients - add oil- Add one egg at a time. Knead till mixture forms a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest at least 20 minutes.
