Ingredients
- 1/2 pound butter( or margarine)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup crushed plain salted potato chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts(walnuts or pecans)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter. Slowly add sugar and beat until light in color and texture. Add flour. Add potato chips and nuts blend well. Chill dough for 30 minutes. Shape into balls 1 inch each. Placed on a lightly greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Flatten cookies with a fork dipped in cold water. Keep dough chilled until ready to bake.. Bake at 325 for 17 to 20 minutes or until slightly browned. When cookies are cool sift powdered sugar over cookies.
