  • 1 CAN BEEF BROTH
  • 1/2 CUP RED WINE
  • 3 TBSP FLOUR
  • 3 TBSP BUTTER

Preparation

Step 1

PUT ROAST IN SLOW COOKER AND SALT AND PEPPER - ADD VEGETABLES AND BAY LEAVES -
POUR BROTH AND WINE OVER ALL -COVER - COOK
ON LOW 10 HOURS

MASH BUTTER AND FLOUR TO FORM PASTE

TRANSFER MEAT AND VEGETABLES TO PLATTER -
WHISK FLOUR PASTE INTO LIQUID - STRAIN LIQUID INTO A SAUCE PAN - COOK OVER MED HEAT ABOUT 3 MINS. TIL THICKENED
