Shrimp and Dill Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz shrimp, chopped (frozen cocktail(tiny) shrimp)
  • 5 oz Swiss cheese, diced
  • 5 oz Gruyere cheese, diced (Tiger Gruyere that comes in six-1 oz wheels)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tbs white wine (optional)
  • 1 tsp dill seed
  • dash of salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Mound on bread squares of choice.

Bake at 450F for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
