- 10 cups baby spinach
- water
- salt
- sesame seeds

Step 1
Cook garlic cloves and pinch red pepper flakes in a skillet with veg oil until garlic is golden. Add baby spinach and cook until wilted. Add a big splash of water and a pinch of salt. Top with toasted sesame seeds.
