Ingredients
- 1 package of frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1/3 cup onions, chopped
- 1 (4oz) package blue cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Thaw spinach; drain well, squeezing out water. Crumble blue cheese.
2. In a bowl mix well all ingredients.
3. Refrigerate for several hours.
4. Serve on crackers
