Bacon-Onion Marmalade & Cheddar Toasts

Ingredients
- 1 French Baguette
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 8 Yr. Old White Cheddar, shredded
- 2/3 C. Sweet & Smoky Bacon-Onion Marmalade (*under sauces & dips)
- 2-3 Sm. Bartlett Pears (skin on), cored & cut into thin wedges, then cut in half crosswise
- Fresh Thyme Sprigs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice baguette into 1/2" slices, discarding the heels. Place flat on prepared baking sheet. brush tops with olive oil, bake for 5 min. or till lightly toasted. Sprinkle with cheddar then bake till melted. Place sm. dollop of marmalade on each toast, top with pear wedge then bake till pear is soft & lightly browned. Remove from oven, top with fresh thyme sprig & serve immediately.
