Ingredients
- 2 10oz packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 8oz blocks cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded parmesan
- 2 14.5oz cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 10oz cans Rotel
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 lb. shredded monterey jack cheese
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients and bake for 30 minutes.
