  • 2 10oz packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 8oz blocks cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan
  • 2 14.5oz cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 10oz cans Rotel
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
