Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can, or jar, artichoke hearts (not marinated), chopped
  • dash of garlic salt
  • round loaf of bread

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Hollow out a round loaf of bread. Place uncooked ingredients in bread. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serve with crackers or the bread pieces (toasted) that you took out of the bread loaf.
