Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked yams, peeled and mashed
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 t. vanilla
- Topping
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Combine and mix well with yams, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour into casserole and cover with topping. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
