Ingredients
- 12 Large fresh mushrooms
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz pkg) Cream cheese, softened
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees F
Remove stems from mushrooms, discard or same for another use
Mix remaining ingredients and spoon into the mushroom caps. Place filled sides up in shallow baking dish. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
