Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c herb croutons ( enough to cover 9x13 pan)
- 2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 # Jimmy Dean sausage (2 - 12oz pkgs)
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/4 c milk
- 3/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c milk
Preparation
Step 1
Brown and drain sausage. Put croutons in 9x13 pan; top with half the cheese and all of the sausage.
Beat eggs and add milk, mustard and rest of cheese. Pour over the sausage and chill overnight. Before baking mix soup and milk and pour over casserole.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hrs.
