Ingredients
- 2 acorn squash
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tbslp chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Cut squash in half. place raisins, brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon in center. Put in glass pie dish and add 1/2 cup water. Cover with plastic wrap and cook on high for 10 minutes or until tender.
