Ingredients
- 1/4 lb broccoli rabe. stems trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1 tea dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons ex¦tra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup parmigiano-
Preparation
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 2 Tablespoons salt
Add the broccoli rabe and cook about 7 minutes.
Drain.
Drop the garlic and finely chop
add pine nuts and pulse until finely chopped.
Add the mustard and blend well. Drizzle the oil Transfer to a small bowl
add parrmgiano.
