HOT ARTICHOKE AND SPINACH DIP

  • 1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 package (9-11 oz) frozen creamed spinach, thawed
  • 1/4 C mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C sour cream
  • 1 small garlic clove, pressed
  • 1/2 C (2 oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • Baked Pita Chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coarsely chop artichokes ; place in small bowl. Add spinach, mayonnaise and sour cream.
2. Press garlic into bowl. Add Parmesan cheese and mix well. Spoon into baking dish.
3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with Baked Pita Chips.
