Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 Alaskan halibut portions (approx 6-8 ounces each)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat gril to medium-high heat, lightly oil the grate with cooking spray.
Combine butter, brown sugar, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce and pepper in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring slowly, until the sugar dissolves.
Coat halibut with the sauce and place on the grill. Grill for 5 minutes on each side, basting frequently, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
