Ingredients
- 6 plum tomatoes
- 2 cup fine bread crumbs
- 2 cups parmesan cheese; grated
- 2 teaspoon dried thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Cut each tomato in half and arrange cut side up on a baking dish. Sprinkle each half lightly with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and thyme. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
