Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 c melted marg
- 1 lrg pkg vanilla pudding
- 1 c whipping cream (I used nutriwhip)
- 2 tins (14 oz) crushed pineapple,well drained
Preparation
Step 1
2 1/4 c graham wafer crumbs
1/2 c melted marg
Mix and pat into 9x13 pan.( keep a few crumbs to put on top) Bake for a few minutes
Prepare vanilla pudding as directed on pkg (may use instant or cooked..if cooked allow to cool) Spread on cooled crust. Whip cream and fold in pineapple. Spread on top of pudding. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Cool.
* I used crushed chex cereal to make GF
