Sesame Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds asparagus
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds; toasted

Preparation

Step 1


Snap off touch ends of asparagus. Cover and cook in a small amount of
boiling water 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse under cold
water; drain well.

Combine remaining ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add
asparagus. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning bag
occasionally.

To serve, arrange asparagus on serving plates, drizzle with remaining
marinade.
