Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) can pumpkin pie mix
- 1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup margarine or butter, melted
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 box yellow cake mix
Preparation
Step 1
Set oven temperature at 350º.
Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk and sugar. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Sprinkle cake mix over the top. Drizzle melted margarine over mix. Top with nuts.
Bake at 350º for about an hour or until set.
Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
