Ingredients
- 3/4 pound tomato; diced
- 1 large red bell pepper; diced
- 1 large cucumber; diced
- 1/4 cup kalamata or other brine-cured black; halved
- 1/4 cup red onion; diced
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1-1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 cup feta cheese; crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
Toss first eight ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Gently mix in cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
