Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound tomato; diced
  • 1 large red bell pepper; diced
  • 1 large cucumber; diced
  • 1/4 cup kalamata or other brine-cured black; halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion; diced
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese; crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Toss first eight ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Gently mix in cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
