Ingredients

    pound tomato; diced

  • 1

    large red bell pepper; diced

  • 1

    large cucumber; diced

  • ¼

    cup kalamata or other brine-cured black; halved

  • ¼

    cup red onion; diced

  • 3

    tablespoon olive oil

  • 1-½

    tablespoon red wine vinegar

  • ½

    teaspoon oregano

  • ¼

    cup feta cheese; crumbled

Directions

Toss first eight ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Gently mix in cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
