Ingredients
- 8 pork chops
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
Preparation
Step 1
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown in oil. Drain. Transfer to slow cooker.
In seperate bowl, whisk together mushroom soup, onion and evaporated milk until smooth.
Pour over chops.
Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
