Blueberry-Pineapple Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 (3oz each) black-raspberry jello
  • 1 can blueberries
  • 1 can crushed pineapples
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 container of Cool Whip
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Use juice from drained blueberries and pineapple, along with cold water to make 2 cups of liquid. Add to jello mixture.

2. Take 3/4 cup of jello mixture and set aside.

3. Add blueberries, pineapple and nuts to the rest of jello mixture.

4. Pour into oblong dish. Let stand.

5. Add the 3/4 cup of jello mixture to the cool whip. Mix well and put on top of the jello.

5. Refrigerate until serving.
