Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 jar (28 ounces) Prego Pasta Sauce with fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
- 5 cups hot cooked medium tube-shaped macaroni (about 3 cups uncooked)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. In large saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook beef and onion until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
2. Stir in pasta sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and macaroni. Spoon into 3-quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
