Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 jar (17.5 oz.) Pace Enchilada Sauce
  • 6 flour tortilla (10")
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (about 16 oz.) refried beans
  • 2 cans (about 4 1/2each) chopped green chilis, drained
  • chopped green onions

Preparation

Step 1


In 10" skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned. Pour off fat. Add 1/2 cup enchilada sauce. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.

On prepared baking sheet, place 1 tortilla. Top with 1/3 of meat mixture and 1/4 cup cheese. Top with 1 tortilla, 1/2 of refried beans, 1/2 enchilada sauce, 1 can chiles and 1/4 cup cheese. Repeat all layers. Top with 1 tortilla, remaining meat mixture and 1/4 cup cheese. Top with remaining tortilla. Cover with foil.

Bake at 400F for 40 minutes or until hot. Uncover. Top with remaining enchilada sauce , cheese and onions. Cut into wedges. Serves 8
