Baked Potato Topping

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter, softented
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. sour cream (or more)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. crumbled cooked bacon

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate up to 5 days. (I usually add the bacon right before serving.)
