Ingredients
- 1 6 oz. can tuna
- 1 egg
- pinch onion flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. Carbquik
- Oil for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the tuna, egg, onion flakes, salt, pepper, and Carbquik together.
Heat oil in pan (I used coconut oil), and spoon tuna mixture into 4 large pancake like patties.
Brown on each side. Add a vegetable and you have a quick delicious and filling meal!
