Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• 8 oz package cream cheese
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 2 eggs (whites and yolks used separately)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups whole milk
• 2 frozen pie crusts
• cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Separate egg whites and beat w/ beater until stiff.

Set aside.

Beat all other ingredients together (except pie crusts and cinnamon).

Fold in egg whites.

Pour into frozen pie crusts.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Sprinkle with cinnamon after removed from the oven.

Makes 2 pies.
