8 oz package cream cheese
eggs (whites and yolks used separately)
cups whole milk
frozen pie crusts
Separate egg whites and beat w/ beater until stiff. Set aside. Beat all other ingredients together (except pie crusts and cinnamon). Fold in egg whites. Pour into frozen pie crusts. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon after removed from the oven. Makes 2 pies.
