Cream Cheese Peach Pie Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg. Yellow or White Cake Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, room temperature
  • 2 Lg. Eggs, divided
  • 1 (29 oz.) Can Peach Slices, drained
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13" x 9" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Mix until crumbly. Set aside 1 1/2 cups crumbs for topping. Press remaining crumbs in bottom of prepared baking dish; bake 10 minutes. Cut peach slices into 1" pieces. You can use fresh or frozen peaches but canned works best because of the short baking time. Spoon into partially baked crust. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg and vanilla. Spoon over peaches. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake 30 minutes. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Refrigerate left overs.
