Great with cheese and crackers

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tab quick cure salt
  • 2 tab liquid smoke

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together well.
Form into 2- 10 inch rolls and wrap in foil and fold sides in.
refrigerate 24 hrs.
Slash holes in bottom of rolls and place in baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr 15 min.
Cool slice and enjoy.
