Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken tenders (or boneless breasts)
- 3 Tbs butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2-3 tsp oregano
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 anisette
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Saute chicken in butter and garlic. Add salt, pepper, and oregano. Saute a few minutes on each side. Add wine and anisette. Cover and simmer on low heat until tender (10-15 minutes). Serve over rice or pasta.
