Ingredients
- 1 1/2 1 ½ c. crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 ½ C. sugar, divided
- 6 T. butter, melted
- 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 3 C. cold milk
- 2 pkg (3.4 oz each) lemon instant pudding
- 8 oz. tub Strawberry Cool Whip, thawed
- Mix graham crackers, ¼ C. sugar and butter. Press firmly into a 9x13. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Beat cream cheese, remaining ¼ C. sugar and ¼ C. milk until blended. Spread over crust.
Preparation
Step 1
Pour remaining 2 ¾ C. milk into bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 minutes. Cover with Cool Whip.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
