Ingredients
- Mix:
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese, soft
- 8 oz. cool whip
- Mix together with one angel food cake, cubed. Place in 9x13.
- Cook over medium heat until thick then cool:
- 2 c. sugar
- 7 T. cornstarch
- 2 c. water
- 4 T. white corn syrup
- ** use only 2/3 to 3/4 gel mixture with strawberries.
Preparation
Step 1
When cooled add about 1 1/2 quarts sliced strawberries to cooled gel. Put onto top of cake mixture. Refrigerate.
