Ingredients

  • 1 lb peeled deceived cooked medium shrimp
  • 2 plum tomatoes seeded and chopped
  • 3 jalapeño peppers seeded and chopped
  • 1 sera no pepper seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 c red onion chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 tsbp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp adobo seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine shrimp, tomatoes, peppers, and onions. Combine oil and vinegar and lime plus seasonings, drizzle over shrimp and toss to coat.
Refrigerate for one hour and serve
