Ingredients
- 2-3 lb chuck roast
- 2 tsp seasoned meat tenderizer
- 2 tblsp olive oil
- 1 (2lb 3oz) can Italian tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Pierce roast and sprinkle with tenderizer. Brown in olive oil on both sides and place in the center of a large piece of foil in a baking pan. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over roast. Seal and bake at 400 for 1 1/2 hours.
