Italian beef cannelloni

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg cannelloni
  • 1 # ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped fine
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 5-8 oz spinach
  • 1 t Italian herbs
  • 1-2 C grated Monterey jack cheese
  • 1-2 C marinara sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef, garlic and onions. Add spinach and herbs, then let cool. cook cannelloni to package directions and drain. Brush marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Stuff cannelloni with beef mixture and lay in the baking dish. Cover with the remainder of marinara sauce. Top with cheese and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
