Pat's Meatballs

These are all approximate since I only measure the spices. If I find my recipe I will call you with exact measurements.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs of Italian Sausage
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 T. Parsley
  • 1 T. Basil
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients and rolls into balls. Place on a cookie
sheet with sides and bake for about 35 minutes for about 1 inch balls...a few more minutes if larger and a little less if small. When done... I Place on paper towels to absorb grease and then put in sauce and simmer.
