Creamy Chicken Enchiladis

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg cream cheese softened
  • 2 T water
  • 2 t onion
  • 2 t cumin
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 5 c diced cooked chicken
  • 20 flour tortillas 6 in -room temp
  • 2 can cr. chicken soup
  • 2 c sour cream
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 cans chopped green chilies
  • 2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

in lg bowl beat first 6 items stir in chicken
place 1/4 c down center of each tortilla Roll
place seam side down in greased 9x13

in bowl combine rest pour over enchiladas

Bake 350 30-40 min
sprinkle with cheddar bake 5 min. till cheese melts
