Ingredients
- 1 pkg cream cheese softened
- 2 T water
- 2 t onion
- 2 t cumin
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 5 c diced cooked chicken
- 20 flour tortillas 6 in -room temp
- 2 can cr. chicken soup
- 2 c sour cream
- 1 c milk
- 2 cans chopped green chilies
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
in lg bowl beat first 6 items stir in chicken
place 1/4 c down center of each tortilla Roll
place seam side down in greased 9x13
in bowl combine rest pour over enchiladas
Bake 350 30-40 min
sprinkle with cheddar bake 5 min. till cheese melts
