Ingredients
- 2 Stewed tomatoes, 14 oz. each
- 10 oz. Chicken broth
- 2 T Olive oil
- 1 1/4 t Italian seasoning
- 8 oz Rotini
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine tomatoes, broth olive oil and seasoning in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
2. Add package of rotini. Simmer 16-18 minutes, stirring twice.
3. May serve with parmesan as topping.
