Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups grated raw carrots
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour for bunt and 40 minutes for layer.
